Levi is President/CEO and establishes the op-tempo for the ATL Team and is the cornerstone of our future vision. Internally, Levi is recognized as a leader whose practical business experience and openminded management style creates the environment where our team can feel free to be innovative, and empowered to deliver unique solutions to our customers. He develops strategic partnerships and leads our technical capability development.
Traci oversees strategic processes that optimize financial infrastructure and improve profitability. She is a key contributor to ATL’s achievement of strong financial performance and compliance as the organization continues to expand globally. Traci provides direction and supervision and involves significant accountability and executive decision making responsibility.
Jacquel is responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs, as well as managing the business development and proposal processes. She has the ultimate responsibility for the generation of sales growth over the medium-, and long-term necessary to meet or exceed the associated bookings forecast and plan. Jacquel is an innovator in building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Director, Commercial & Federal Programs
Vincent is responsible for ATL’s growth activities by identifying new commercial and federal opportunities and managing marketing efforts.He keeps abreast the trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to the executive management team. Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders. Manage project procurement coordination meetings and ensure coordination across the roles and responsibilities of the clients, teaming partners and vendors. Developing new client relationships, submitting business proposals in the commercial and federal markets.
Tiljuana is responsible for all aspects of the company’s day to day planning and operations, management information systems and infrastructure. She makes sure our organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients and employees. Tiljuana also serves as a corporate program manager with the ultimate responsibility of managing our medical staffing, IT enterprise, and facilities maintenance programs.
Betsy is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. She has the ultimate tasking of developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Betsy leads our accounting team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Human Resource/FSO Manager
Jaqueta is HR Manager, strategic advisor to the leadership team, and leads and directs the full range of talent management and human resources business processes and programs. She is a subject matter expert in organizational development, recruitment and staffing, employment law, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Jaqueta also serves as a corporate program manager with the ultimate responsibility of managing our integrated logistics programs.
Human Resource Specialist
Taylor is HR Specialist, focused on the enhancement of employee capability and organizational effectiveness. She maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Taylor also serves as a corporate program manager with the ultimate responsibility of managing our administrations & acquisition and training programs.
