Audio Visual Upgrades (IT), Cargill International – ATL (Prime Contractor) provided audiovisual support to the Cargill International Director’s Conference Room. ATL replaced much of the outdated equipment in the conference room with state-of-the-art, easy-to-use technology. The upgrades included a high definition projector screen, control touch panel, and enhanced audio system. A key portion of the update was the installation of inconspicuous ceiling microphones for use during teleconferences, improving the conference room appearance and functionality. When the AV upgrades and installations were completed, one of our AVTS associates worked personally with several Cargill employees, including Cargill IT Manager to guarantee their understanding and familiarity with the new equipment. The Cargill staff members were eager to begin utilizing the new setup at their next meeting.
